My room was spacious. The location was central. I appreciated close proximity to many attractions. Staff offered efficient luggage storage. I was able explore more of the city without cases.
The air conditioning was not working. The room became stuffy at night. I had to open window for fresh air.

The air conditioning did not work. The room was too hot, and the staff only provided fans without offering a real solution. I expected more from this hotel.

The family room was spacious and clean. The location is good, it is near the center. The staff were helpful. I appreciated that.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom without a sink. The room seemed outdated. The fridge light was flickering and this gave me a headache
